The Canada Visit Visa (Temporary Resident Visa – TRV) allows individuals to travel to Canada for tourism, meeting family or friends, attending business meetings, or short courses for up to six months.

Requirements:

• Valid passport

• Two recent passport-sized photographs

• Completed IMM 5257 visa application form

• Cover letter stating the reason for your visit

• Proof of ties to Pakistan (job, business, family)

• Travel itinerary

• Bank statements for the last 6 months

• Round-trip air ticket reservation

• Proof of accommodation (hotel booking or invitation letter)

• Evidence of return to Pakistan (employment letter, business documents, family ties)

• Police Character Certificate

• Medical (if applicable)

Additional Requirements:

• If invited by a Canadian resident:

  • Invitation letter with host’s ID and proof of legal status

  • Proof of relationship with host

  • Host’s utility bill or lease documents

• For business trips:

  • Invitation from Canadian company

  • Company registration documents from Pakistan

  • NTN Certificate

  • Tax returns for last 3 years
